1. What these terms cover

These terms apply to every service I sell through xeniavogt.com: single sessions, the Founder Sprint in both formats, the AI Sprint for companies, talks and programmes. Your own purchasing terms apply only if I agree to them in writing.

2. Who I am

3. Services and prices

• Idea review, 60 minutes, CHF 150
• Stuck session, 90 minutes, CHF 250
• Founder Sprint 1:1, 8 weeks, 60 minutes a week online, CHF 1,500
• Founder Sprint group, 8 weeks, 90 minutes a week, 10 to 12 founders, CHF 500 per founder
• AI Sprint for companies, 6 weeks, 90 minutes a week, up to 8 people, CHF 3,000

Prices are in Swiss francs and are final prices. For work at a company site, travel time and travel costs are charged separately and agreed before we start. Talks, programmes and retreats are quoted individually.

4. How the contract starts

For a single session the contract starts when the booking and the payment are complete. For a programme it starts when I confirm your place in writing, normally by email. I may decline a booking, for example when the fit is wrong or the places are taken. In that case you get the full amount back.

5. Payment

Single sessions are paid at booking, through Stripe. Programmes are paid before the first session, or for companies against an invoice payable within 14 days. If payment is not made, I may hold the sessions until it is.

6. What I promise

• Founder Sprint 1:1. If the 20 customer interviews and the prototype are not there in week 8, I keep working with you at no extra cost until they are, provided you did the agreed work.
• Founder Sprint group. If after the first session you decide it is not for you, tell me within 7 days of that session and you get the full amount back.
• AI Sprint. If the KPIs we set together in week 1 are not reached by week 6, I keep working with your team at no extra cost until they are, provided the team did the agreed work.

The bonuses listed on the offer pages are delivered digitally during the programme.

7. What I do not promise

I advise, I do not guarantee outcomes. I cannot promise that you will raise money, find investors, reach a certain revenue, receive a grant, or that your company will survive. The decisions stay yours.

Nothing I provide is legal, tax or accounting advice. Investment advisory in my offer means sparring and preparation. It is not a regulated financial service under the Swiss Financial Services Act and it is not an invitation to invest.

8. Your part

The work only functions if you show up, do the tasks between the sessions and give me honest information about your business. I work with a small number of clients and I choose them, so a place that stays unused cannot be filled at short notice.

9. Moving and cancelling

• Single sessions. Move or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before. After that, or if you do not show up, the session counts as delivered.
• The CHF 150 and CHF 250 sessions count towards the price of the Founder Sprint if you start the sprint within 14 days.
• Programmes. Cancel free of charge up to 14 days before the start. Between 14 days and the start, half of the price stays due. After the start there is no refund, except under section 6.
• A weekly session you cannot attend is made up once per programme, at a time that works for both of us. Recordings are provided where the format allows.
• If I have to move a session you get a new date, and if no date works, your money back for the part not delivered.

10. Materials and rights

Templates, canvases, decks, recordings, prompt packs, directories and library files stay mine. You may keep using them inside your own company for as long as you like. Reselling them, publishing them or passing them to people outside your company is not allowed. What you create during the sprint, your product, your data, your deck, is yours.

11. Confidentiality

What you tell me about your business stays with me, and I will sign your NDA if you want one. I treat what other clients tell me the same way. If I want to name your company as a reference, I ask you first.

12. Liability

I am liable for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body and health. Beyond that my liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. I am not liable for the business decisions you take, for lost profit, or for what third party tools do.

13. If something gets in the way

If I cannot work because of illness, an accident or another event outside my control, sessions are moved rather than cancelled. If a programme cannot be continued at all, you get back the part you paid for and did not receive.

14. Data

How I handle your data is described in the privacy policy.

15. Changes

I may change these terms for future bookings. The version on this page at the moment you book is the one that applies to you.

16. Law and place

Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Brugg, Aargau, unless the law requires otherwise. If one clause turns out to be invalid, the rest stays in force.
