Privacy
In short: I collect as little as possible. No advertising cookies, no tracking, no analytics, no selling of data. Ask me to delete everything I hold about you and I will do it.

1. Who is responsible for your data
Xenia Vogt, at the address above. For anything in this policy write to xeniavogt87@gmail.com. I answer within 48 hours.
This policy follows the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, for visitors in the EU and EEA, the GDPR.
2. What I collect, and why
When you write to me through the contact form
Your name, your email address and your message. I use them only to answer you and, if we go on to work together, to prepare the work. Legal basis: your request and the steps before a contract. The message arrives in my mailbox at Google.
When you download something from the free library
Your email address, the title of the file you asked for and the date. I use it to give you the file and to tell you when new free materials appear. Legal basis: your consent, which you give by sending the form and can withdraw at any time with one line to me. The entry is stored in Notion.
When you book a session
Booking runs on Cal.com: your name, your email address, the time you choose and anything you write in the booking form. Cal.com puts the appointment in both calendars and sends the confirmation. Legal basis: the contract between us.
When you pay
Payments are handled by Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe, not to me. I see the name, the amount, the date and whether the payment went through. Legal basis: the contract, and Swiss accounting law, which is why payment records are kept for ten years.
When you simply visit the site
The site is hosted by Cloudflare. Like every web server it logs the IP address, the time, the page and the browser, for security and availability. I do not use these logs to identify anyone and there is no analytics tool on this site.
3. Cookies, tracking, fonts
No advertising cookies, no tracking pixels, no Google Analytics, no Meta pixel, no profiling. Nothing on this site follows you to another site.
The typeface is loaded from Google Fonts, so your IP address reaches Google servers when a page opens. The booking pages come from Cal.com and the payment page from Stripe. Both set their own technical cookies once you use them.
4. Who else processes your data
- Cloudflare, hosting and security
- Google (Gmail, Drive, Apps Script), the contact form, the library files and my mailbox
- Notion Labs, the record of library requests
- Cal.com, appointments
- Stripe, payments
These are service providers acting on my instructions. Some of them process data in the United States. That transfer is covered by the standard contractual clauses and, where the provider is certified, by the Swiss-US and EU-US Data Privacy Framework. I do not sell your data and I do not pass it to anyone for advertising.
5. How long I keep things
- Contact messages: as long as the conversation is relevant, normally up to two years
- Library email addresses: until you ask me to remove yours
- Booking records: three years after the session
- Invoices and payment records: ten years, because Swiss law requires it
6. Your rights
You can ask me at any time what I hold about you, and to correct it, delete it, restrict what I do with it, hand it to you in a portable file, or stop using it. You can withdraw a consent without giving a reason. One email is enough and it costs you nothing.
If you are not happy with how I handle it, you can complain to the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner in Bern and, if you live in the EU or EEA, to the authority in your country.
7. Security
The site runs over HTTPS. The accounts that hold your data are protected with two-factor authentication and only I have access to them.
8. Children
This site is meant for adults and for people working in business. I do not knowingly collect data from children.
9. Changes
If I change a tool or a process, I update this page and the date below.
